Finally moved into my new home on saturday! moving houses is really not fun... the packing, the loading of stuff into the car, the unloading of stuff and carrying it up the stairs, the unpacking, the tidying....!!! but o well... we managed to get everything in order and ya... everything is ALL GOOD!!!

Alvin my chipmunk found a good method to transport the stuff to our unit on the 2nd floor... he and his crazy ideas.. first he used his golf putter and asked me to hook all the stuff and he will lift it up. Something like in the past where they put a basket from the flat window and bring it down to the hawker for food... it was a bit scary cos a few bags contained alot of glasses, and if it drops, there goes my beloved aunty's car!!!

But i've gotta admit... that method did save me tonnes of running up and down... i think the times i carried the boxes up and down = to exercise regime of 1/2yrs work lo!!

Moved into property, realised there wasnt any hot water... damnit... perth is bloody hot in the day and cold in the night... machiam like some desert... but the smartie pants AKA yours truly managed to do it all by myself on sunday! hahaha!! saved us the feeling of having to shower in cold water!

Im much happier... much much happier than i was for the past 2 weeks. This house may be small, but it is cosy and enough just for me and alvin. I'm just glad that he was there for me all these while... i cried, i screamed, i shouted, i bite, i did everything bad to him. But he just continued to stand there and let me vent my fustrations out. He knows im happy now... and yes, im glad to be out of the cage. i love my freedom!
