Birthdays!!! So many people birthdays in August and September that im nearly broke buying all the presents!!!

But i love birthdays!!! Both mine and other peoples' birthdays la... especially if people staying in 33 Clonmel Mews!!! Cos my aunty would always whip up nice food for us to eat!!!

Chui Lin's birthday coming up, dont know what to get for her YET...

Aunty's birthday is coming up in about a week's time.. dont knw what to get for her... alvin said get her coles voucher, cos its the most realistic, and she will need to use it...

But not very nice right? no cheng yi... cant remember how to say that in english...

Dont know what to get for her mans!!! Any ideas what to get for an aunty????

Also, PRINCESS AKA Miss Chee's birthday is coming up soon!!! hahahaha!!! 22yo mans.. super old...

So far, i've got an IPOD, a return air tix from sin-perth, and a suit for my birthday!!! hahahaha!! i love my dar dar and my daddy and my brother!!! they are in the ranking of the most precious men in my life!!!!

also, ive decided to implement a savings plan... after 1 yr of working, i realised that i've got only $1k of savings...

miserable... yes i know...

So im going to put $1k every month into my untouchable savings account till December this year... but out of this money, $1k has to go to mummy, and another $2k for my spending money in dec... hai~ sian...!!! End up i will have nothing AGAIN!!!

Why m i such a big spender???

U know how at times, u will feel that you are in a position to help people to get a job...

but when u do, the person either didnt live up to your expectations, or the person is so different from when u guys are friends...

Working with people is tough... thats what i learnt...

And i feel that im the person who has to learn to work with people. 1st was that woman, although now we get along pretty alrite cos we dont have much to talk abt at work...

Now? i dont know if i had done the right thing in the first place, by recommending people to work together with me... Maybe, if i didnt do what i did, and my boss were to just find another person to work with me, i would have felt better.

Cos if thats the case, i wont have any expectations for that person, and the relationship would start out as colleague-relationship first.

If you are a newcomer to the job, with someone above u, would u be asking the person to do your job?

Would you always be acting smart and think that u know what u are doing?

I wont. Probably its a chinese mentality where we wont question our seniors, and we just do what we are told to do.

But yeh, ask if i did regret introducing someone to work with me... i dont know.. probably... sigh~

work has taken a downfall now...

I've just realised, that once people start their working life, everything becomes so routine...

Go to work mondays to fridays, 8-5pm, come back home, take a lit rest, have dinner, and slack off for the rest of the day doing ironing, watching tv, downloaded series, talking to people on msn, and going to sleep...

Saturdays and Sundays are left to spend time with friends, and Monday comes along again...

Thats my life... and i never expected my life to be so routined and BORING!!!

Monday to Friday, work, den watching tv/dvds till say 11pm.... and i sleep around 11pm every nite nowadays, compared to good old uni days where i can sleep at 3-4am...!!!

Saturdays and Sundays, i will go to alvin's house, either go shopping or somewhere on Saturday, and den cooking him dinner.

Sunday is church day, and after church, both of us will just slack at home...

If i was in singapore, will my life be slightly more exciting?? I was just pondering on that... Singapore has so much things for us to do... we can go shopping at so many other places, watch movies at a cheaper price, (cinemas have my favourite sweet popcorn, unlike here...), nicer food and more choices for us to choose from...

And i dont know why i chose to stay in Perth!!! Melbourne mite be a good choice for us to go once alvin is more settled in to his working life....???? But i dont think he would ever want to go back to singapore to work...

Long hours, 'dog-eat-dog' world, lesser appraisals, lower pay, lousy weather.... nah~ i dont think i want to go back to singapore to live too either...

Oooo, me and alvin will be moving in together next yr... when we get engaged officially... hahaha!!! so looking forward to it!!! the shopping we have to do for the furniture, getting internet and all those rubbish settled... i love to do those sort of things...!!! hahaha!!! still looking for a good place for us to rent, for at least 2yrs..

Daddy got a job in singapore permanently le!!! but he still have to travel at least 50% to ASEAN countries and stuff... but thats a huge relieve to my family i guess... cos mummy is at home most of the time, alone since daddy started working at Cambodia...

I reckon its a huge blessing for my family that daddy managed to get a local job... he's not young anymore, and was feeling really dejected about looking for local jobs... and thank God that when he applied for 2 jobs recently, he actually got 2 offers... which is a real blessing...

Bro is also tying the knots with SY next yr, confirmed!!! means i can get my pretty dress from ebay!!! hahahaha!!! more shopping for me!!! and yahs, its good lahs.. at least another person in the household... heehee!!!

O well... have to get back to work... work is so boring today, all the bosses are away in sydney for conference... and the rest of us here are all zombie looking cos of the weather...
