Celebrated my darling's birthday. Got him a Nokia 6500 classic phone... Very slim phone, alike a toy... Paid about A$350 for that.

Wanted to give it to him on his birthday itself, but that idiot came out from his room when i was wrapping the present halfway.

so yah, that monkey was so happy with his present. made my heart melt...

We had dinner on wednesday at Jacksons. The 7 course dinner took us 4hrs, so its not for the faint hearted.

We had yummilious food though!
1) Lobster Bisque,
2) Beef Capprociao (not sure abt spelling) & Abalone Salad
3) Lobster and Pork Belly with Whiskey Sauce
4) Quail Egg wrapped with Ham
5) Snail on Brussel Sprout
6) Salmon (cooked to perfection) with oyster (raw yucky oyster) and oxtail sauce (best dish, despite the oyster!)
7) All of duck (there was a soup, duck liver, duck with apple slice, and duck wrapped in pancake! YUMMY, the 2nd best dish)
8) Main dish... i ate fish with abalone salad, alvin had the rabbit with pasta
9) Cheese with fruits
10) Finishing with Pistachio ice cream with rose petal and sour fruits

All are tasting size dishes, so it wasnt the big whoohoo plates! but we were both bursting when we went home! hahahaha! i couldnt sleep at all, whereas my pig just fell asleep when he touch the bed!

And now, im officially broke!!!! to those who i still owe birthday presents to, im sorry, saya no $$ to buy presents leis.... yes, im that broke. i dont know where my money is disappearing to. im trying to save to go back to sg in 2 weeks time, but i think its not working! damn it. GOD HELP ME!!! MAKE A MIRACLE HAPPEN THAT MONEY WILL FALL FROM THE SKY ABOVE MY HEAD PLS!!! *cries*

A new addition to the CHEE family!!!

Baby was born on Sunday, 8th June 2008 at approximately 2.45pm. She weighs 3.46kg, and 49cm. Doesnt like her feet to be tickled!!!

Such an adorable little imp! im going to pamper this little niece of mine so much that she will feel so much love from all over the world!

Baby is still nameless... so if you guys have any ideas of names for this little imp, do tell me yahs!? so far, i've gave her a chinese name "En Xi", which i think suits a little girl alot...

Went flying in a small plane today for the 1st time! small plane which carries 6 pple max!!!

A very nice adventure, was abit scared when taking off at 1st, but o well... i survived!!!! and thats why im blogging about it now!!!

Taking off was not as bad as takin commercial planes i reckon, and the landing was very smooth, although Alex said the plane was tilting to 1 side...

Was abit bumpy up there, but it was great fun!

went with my boss Peter, Lin and Alex... all from work! good bonding time together, and we know more about planes now thanks to Pete de pilot!!!!!! hahahaha! he's such a cool boss!!!

Havent update the blog for a long time. time to resurrect it again!

Nothing much been happening these past 2 weeks. Work's been work, nothing interesting. Just bored cos there's no work to do, and the time passes so slowly.

Weather's been torturous this week. Storming for the past 2 days. Hate winter. Absolutely hate winter cos i will fall sick which is sucky~

I miss home. miss home heaps. i want to go home for shopping, for chill out times with my bitches, hanging around Orchard til the wee hours, having 24hrs mackas delivered to our place, going clubbing and pubbing...

arrrgghhh!!! damn it! i hate the feeling of missing home.

On a happier note, i would be going back in 46days time starting from today!!! yoo hoo!!! thats about 5 weeks, and i know time will pass very very quicklyy!!!

i need a holiday. i need to refresh and recharge myself. God SAVE ME!!!

I enjoyed myself TOTALLY at this conference. Got to know some people at the Dance Floor, mainly guys, *ahem*, Peter's really nice. Gave me so much time to go and do my shopping and he didnt complain even though i was supposed to be in the conference, but for 90% of the time, i was either snoozing away or busy at shopping! The only thing i remember about the whole conference is drinking not alot of booze and getting drunk almost instantly! im such a lousy drinker and i hate it!

I love the movieworld and the gala dinner the most out of the conference (becos thats the only 2 functions i went!!! hahaha!). Absolutely love the gala dinner. But there were old disgusting men out there, giving me their room numbers and what not. Stopping me when i was walking, and i stupidly thought i did something wrong when all they wanted was to grap me and asked me if i wanted to go to the dance floor with them.

I'm just thankful that i had Peter around to protect me most of the time, not always, but ya! he took me away as soon as he noticed something was wrong, even when i was tugged under his big Hugo Coat cos it was so bloody cold when we were waiting for the cab to the Casino, i was again picked up by a man! despite me wearing a big man's coat! god help australian men! they are nothing but desperate sex maniacs on the loose!!!

Anyways, my boss, Peter is a damn nice boss!!! i know i've been saying this alot, but its only at the conference i realised that he is more than NICE! I told him that he's so nice to me that i dont even want to leave him! hahaha! And i love it when he respects me as a girl, and like what he said, we compliment each other in our own ways.

I've learnt alot of stuff during this trip, and its going to be an unforgettable journey! well, im awaiting for the next conference!!! Yooooo hoo!!!!

NEW JOB!!!!! nope it is not me that found a new job... i dont think i will leave this firm for the time being. Boss is too nice... hate it when he's so nice to me! makes me feel guilty for not doing work and slacking off some times... well, most of the times lahs. heehee

But my darling has got a new job! ironic issnit it?!?!!? 1st he had such a hard time looking for a job for the past 3mths, and NOW, so many companies are calling him up for interview. When he accepted the job with Kaefer, opportunities just keeps on coming and coming...

Monadelphous rang him last week, asking him if he was interested in a job with them. Construction side. He said yes.

Went for an interview on monday, 14/4. Quite good he said.

15/4, daddy emailed and called me in the office. told me that mona emailed him a reference check for Alvin. I filled it out, send it back to papa and papa forward it on to Mona after looking at it.

17/4, Monadelphous rang, and said WE WANT TO OFFER YOU A POSITION WITH US!!! hahahaha! i am more happy than he is it seems. reason being he told me for the past 2 weeks, he went to office doing a role as an office boy. Buying pizzas, dropping off stuff, a waste of his time. he even slept on his office table, and they dont even care!

My gosh! what the hell!?!?!?! he asked his boss for work, but there's simply no work for him to do! i wonder why did they employ him in the first place... doops...

But now, he got thru to Monadelphous, and he's happy with the role offered! and of cos the salary! they are offering him $25k more! thats alot lah!! hahahaha! i was telling lin that i can plan for my wedding now finally! hahahahaa!!!

Daddy's really happy for him too... at least now he has found a job he really likes. he was looking and eyeing a job at Mona since last yr... and im just glad that he managed to find a job. Hopefully, he will have a nice boss, a nice working environment and nice people to work with... hehee...

As for me, many things happened at work! i made someone cry so much that i feel bad, usually i wont feel bad about stuff, but this time, i feel guilty!

Whole fact of the matter was, boss asked me to swap desk with her, our office had like a little island of 6 tables with partition, right smack in the middle of the office (thats why i called it an island). And to my dismay when i got allocated the seat there 1 1/2yr ago, i was sitting in the centre where EVERYONE will walk pass me and can see what the heck im doing. Basically like a zoo when im the animal in the enclosure, and people can see what im doing (even picking my nose). damn it.

but after a while, i grew to not like, but be okay with my allocated seat. Of cos i did complain a little, but after that, i know that as much as my boss favours me, i cannot climb over his head and say "no, i dont like where im seating! i want to change place now if not i will quit!" i've also picked up little tricks like pressing "Alt Tab" quick enough so that i can switch in between screens... hahaha!!!

last week, boss asked me to swap to the opposite table, cos a new PA was coming, and i was supposed to sit next to her and help her with stuff. i said im okay with wherever u want to place me, besides i had the grand opportunity to sit right smack in the centre of the office, im now easily adaptable!

so monday, when we came back into office, i found my stuff all swapped over the other side! and i thought, "well, at least i didnt had to move it myself" hiak!

My HR manager was nice enough to come in on sunday to swap our stuff around for us, so that we have our tables well adjusted. Thing is, he didnt consult any of us. I am okay with it, cos i didnt have to move my stuff and just sit and relax... the girl, when she came into the firm, wasnt happy AT ALL when she found her stuff being moved, and now she's the one in the enclosure.

I know it takes time for people to get use to tat place, but her reaction was to cry and sob and sniff away like she lost a love one! what the hell right?! come on lah woman, its just a swap of place. She said she is claustrophobic, but shit lah, she is sitting right smack in the centre of the office, with people walking pass her almost every minute. The HR manager even voluteered to take off the partition if she is scared of being "contained"

Ta Ma De!!! i dont remember receiving that kind of privilges when i was working (except from my boss lahs, he's nice mahs, different!)

But hell yes, she cried like no tml, made a laughing stock out of herself, make the bosses felt like she's a rude arse when they asked her how is she, but she didnt reply AT ALL!

Hiak. none of my business. i didnt say i want to switch. its not within my power to say anything and i knw it. I'm at most considered an intermediate person here. not a senior or what. No way can i command anything. But yahs... thats the fun thing of the week. made my monday a little more exciting! hahahahaha!!!

Planning for a HK trip in December with my favourite bitches... hopefully it will come thru and not like last time where we always couldnt fulfill it due to various reasons... 1 main reason is because of not enough finances..

But now with all of us, majority of us i meant (forgot that rachel's not working yet), working, finance wise should be oookkaayy lah i reckon.. so yahs... we shall SEE!

Realised that if u book much much early for a trip, even though its peak period (say christmas or CNY), the price of the tix and accommodation is still really really low... am i dumb or what? but didnt realise it till i tried to book a return tix to sg for CNY next yr... and the air tix by Tiger is only $48.55 one way mans! bet if it was say another 2 mths from nw when they realised "opps, its CNY, and alot of people will surely go home", they will confirm + chop hike up the price again to the sky...

So... i shall book my flight in this month or so! damn it... hate booking for all of these... there goes almost my 1 week's pay! eeks!!!
